លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការចូលរួម៖

១.អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវធានាថាខ្លួនមានសុខភាពល្អគ្រប់គ្រាន់។

២.អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវពាក់ស្លាកសម្គាល់ដែលផ្តល់ដោយអ្នករៀបចំ និងមកដល់កន្លែងរត់ឲ្យបានមុនម៉ោងចាប់ផ្តើម។

៣.អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវរត់តាមផែនទីរត់ដែលត្រូវបានកំណត់ ហើយត្រូវគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយភាពសប្បាយរីករាយនិងស្និទ្ធស្នាល ព្រមទាំងអនុវត្តតាមការណែនាំដែលក្រុមការងារបានជម្រាបជូន ដើម្បីធានា ដំណើររលូន នៃកម្មវិធី។

៤.អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីនឹងមិនត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះហេតុការណ៍បាត់បង់សម្ភារៈ ឬរងរបួសជាយថាហេតុក្នុងកម្មវិធីឡើយ។

៥.ក្នុងករណីរងរបួស អ្នកចូលរួមអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យក្រុមការងារដែលមានជំនាញជាក់លាក់ធ្វើការអន្តរាគមន៍សង្គ្រោះ ។

៦.អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវរាយការណ៍ទៅកាន់ក្រុមការងារនូវរាល់ហេតុការណ៍មិនប្រក្រតីណាមួយកើតឡើង និងទុកដាក់សំរាមឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

៧.បន្ទាប់ពីការចុះឈ្មោះរួចរាល់ ទឹកប្រាក់ដែលបានបង់ហើយគឺមិនអាចដកវិញបានទេ។

៨.ក្រុមការងារត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់រូបភាពនិងវីដេអូអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងបុព្វហេតុដើម្បីសហគមន៍និងសប្បុរសធម៍។

បញ្ជាក់៖ អ្នករៀបចំសូមរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់។

Terms and conditions: 

1. Participants must be of good physical condition for the run.

2. Participants must wear the runner tag provided by the organizers and arrive at the event before the start time.

3. Participants must run in accordance with the running map, be friendly to one another, and follow the organizer's instructions, in order to ensure a smooth flow for the run.

4. The organizers will not be liable for any belongings loss or injury sustained during the run.

5. In the event of an injury, participants consent for organizers to give first-aid.

6. Participants must report any irregularities to the closet organizer and dispose of their garbage properly.

7. Once registered, the amount paid is non-refundable.

8. The organizing committee is permitted to use photographs and videos of participants in the cause for community service purposes.

Note: The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes if necessary.
