About Event
The Paddy Field Trail Running Experience is a special and unique trail running event and the first of its kind in Cambodia that gives participants, especially those from urban cities, a chance to enjoy and experience the local village environment including rice paddies, lotus ponds and family-based and small-scale farms in the villages of Areyksat near the Capital Phnom Penh.
The Paddy Field Trail Running Experience brings runners to experience the rice-paddies in a entirely new way, running the trails and pathways through the village into the surrounding jungle trails and along the riverside with beautiful landscape. A one-of-a-kind lifetime experience that adventure runners must experience in their journey to run the world.
Race |
The race will feature a 25km for runners who want that extra endurance challenge on their adventure. The 12km will give runners a moderate adventure challenge while the 5km is designed for fun run and gives the participants a journey experience to enjoy and chill with the sunrise on rice paddies and farms.
Course |
The courses will feature a blend of narrow paved pathways through the rice paddies and single track trails going into the jungles and farms.
Experience |
Running this race is all about connecting with the incredible natural beauty of these lands while running through them, so consider it as a running adventure vacation weekend.

***Things you need to know before collecting your Race Pack
1. Strictly no changes in T-Shirts sizes will be allowed.
2. No late collection will be entertained.
3. Race entry packs no collected after the collection date will be deemed as unwanted & the organiser may depose/re-distribute them accordingly.
4. If you are not able to collect your race pack in person, you may nominate someone to collect on your behalf. If you are collecting on behalf, please bring your ID or Passport.
5. Remember to bring your E-Ticket during your collection day!

Event course route: Trail, Off-Road, Rice Paddy, Farm, Concrete, Riverside,.. etc.
Charity: Donated study equipment to 300 children for students near by the event area of Areyksat
Post Event: After event we will have activity clean up the road and the event area.
During Event: We also preparing some after activity game for participants to join after their race and collect the gift from us also lucky draw and Other merchandise items.
Support Team: We also have Water Station, first AID Station on the course route race and also at start/finish. Also, ambulance for the emergency, technical massage after race will be provided.
Photographer: We also have a professional photographer team during event and drone for capture video / photo any moment of event.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms & conditions of participation carefully before submitting your entry.
PARTICIPATION
1. Runners below the aged of 18 must accompanied by parents or guardians along the route. Any exceptions to this must be authorized by the Organizer.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full.
3. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of entry fee.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
6. Entry fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the entry form.
7. Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer (including heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made and the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
8. Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during the race. Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race due to gross negligence of the Organizer.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not exceeding the amount agreed by the Organizer and the relevant hospital. circumstances.
10. The organizer and its agents will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue. Participants are advised to follow the instructions given by traffic personnel for proper parking. The organizer and its agent will not be held responsible due to losses suffered in the event of break ins or vandalism to the vehicles of participants. Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants when parking their vehicles.
RECORDINGS
By participating in the Event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, or any other recordings (the “Recordings”) and the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of these Recordings can be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose (the “Release”) by On and its affiliates.
Recordings may be used to promote similar events in the future, to highlight the Event, or to exhibit the capabilities of On (or any of its partners). You release On and all persons involved from any liability and waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the Recordings and/or the Release (including any claims connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publicizing of the Recordings).
LIABILITY
On accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of entering and/or participating in the Event. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude the liability of On for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from On’s negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless On from and against any loss, expense, liability, damage, or claim (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which may be asserted by a third party that arises out of your negligence or willful misconduct and omission.
INSURANCE
You acknowledge that by participating in the Event certain risks may be encountered. By agreeing to the Terms, you confirm to be adequately insured and to have accident insurance yourself organizer will not cover for any insurance accident during the event we will only provided the first AID and Emergency please take noted on this.
DATA PROTECTION
By registering for or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with On’s Privacy Notice.
MISCELLANEOUS
There shall be no correspondence relating to this Event or the Terms. On has the right to cancel or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice and without providing any reasons. On reserves the right to change or amend the Terms at any time. The Event and the Terms will be governed by the laws of Kingdom Of Cambodia without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
