TERM & CONDITIONS Please read the terms & conditions of participation carefully before submitting your entry. PARTICIPATION 1. Runners below the aged of 18 must accompanied by parents or guardians along the route. Any exceptions to this must be authorized by the Organizer. 2. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full. 3. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of entry fee. 4. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason. 5. The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications. 6. Entry fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the entry form. 7. Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer (including heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made and the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter. 8. Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during the race. Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race due to gross negligence of the Organizer. 9. The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not exceeding the amount agreed by the Organizer and the relevant hospital. circumstances. 10. The organizer and its agents will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue. Participants are advised to follow the instructions given by traffic personnel for proper parking. The organizer and its agent will not be held responsible due to losses suffered in the event of break ins or vandalism to the vehicles of participants. RECORDINGS By participating in the Event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, or any other recordings (the “Recordings”) and the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of these Recordings can be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose (the “Release”) by On and its affiliates. Recordings may be used to promote similar events in the future, to highlight the Event, or to exhibit the capabilities of On (or any of its partners). You release On and all persons involved from any liability and waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the Recordings and/or the Release (including any claims connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publicizing of the Recordings). LIABILITY On accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of entering and/or participating in the Event. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude the liability of On for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from On’s negligence. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless On from and against any loss, expense, liability, damage, or claim (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which may be asserted by a third party that arises out of your negligence or willful misconduct and omission. INSURANCE You acknowledge that by participating in the Event certain risks may be encountered. By agreeing to the Terms, you confirm to be adequately insured and to have accident insurance yourself organizer will not cover for any insurance accident during the event we will only provided the first AID and Emergency please take noted on this. DATA PROTECTION By registering for or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with On’s Privacy Notice. MISCELLANEOUS There shall be no correspondence relating to this Event or the Terms. On has the right to cancel or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice and without providing any reasons. On reserves the right to change or amend the Terms at any time. The Event and the Terms will be governed by the laws of Kingdom Of Cambodia without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. All participants will be auto agreed to this.
