ជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ពីសក្ដានុពលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងឱកាសវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការជជែកពិភាក្សា លើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗ ពីសំណាក់ វាគ្មិន ដែលជាបញ្ញាជនប្រកបដោយថាមវន្ត ចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ និងជាអ្នក ដែលបានសាងស្នាដៃល្អ ក្នុងការប្រកបអាជីវកម្ម ក៏ដូចជាឥស្សរជនជាន់ខ្ពស់ ក្នុងជួររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលផងដែរ។
បង្កើនការយល់ដឹង ការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍នៃការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មដល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។
បង្កើតឱកាសរឹតចំណងទំនាក់ទំនង រវាងសហគមន៍អាជីវកម្មទាំងក្នុងស្រុក និងក្រៅស្រុក ព្រមទាំងរវាងវិស័យឯកជន និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
បង្កើតឱកាសជួបពិភាក្សា ស្វែងយល់អំពីតម្រូវការ និងផលលំបាកនានា ដែលវិស័យឯកជន កំពុងប្រឈម ហើយត្រូវការជួយគាំទ្រពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ព្រមទាំងជាឱកាសទទួលបាននូវអ្វី ដែលជាការឆ្លើយតប នឹងគោលនយោបាយសំខាន់ៗ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទាក់ទងនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឈន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងឱកាសវិនិយោគនាពេលអនាគតផងដែរ។

Promote the economic potential and investment of opportunities in Cambodia by discussing key topics with speakers who are dynamic intellectuals, knowledgeable, experienced and who have built great achievements in doing business as well as senior figures in the Royal Government.
Increase awareness and share knowledge and experience about doing business with each other.
Create opportunities to strengthen ties between the business community both domestic and foreign as well as between the private sector and the Royal Government.
Create opportunities to meet, discuss, and understand the needs and difficulties that the private sector encounters and that need support of the Royal Government as well as the opportunity to hear what the main responses and policies of the Royal Government are related to economic development and future investment opportunities.
